This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05231) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPRC5A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPRC5A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the type 3 G protein-coupling receptor family, characterized by the signature 7-transmembrane domain motif. The encoded protein may be involved in interaction between retinoid acid and G protein signalling pathways. Retinoic acid plays a critical role in development, cellular growth, and differentiation. This gene may play a role in embryonic development and epithelial cell differentiation.
DPABH-05231 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-05231 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
