General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24602) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR97, targeting the amino acid region 23–274 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human GPR97 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR97, also known as adhesion G-protein-coupled receptor G3 (ADGRG3), belongs to the GPCR family. GPR97 is involved in acute kidney injury (AKI) progression, with GPR97 deficiency reducing renal injury and inflammation in AKI models (PMID: 30559745). DPABH-24602 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500) application. DPABH-24602 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
