This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02865) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR82. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR82 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by protein A. GPR82 (G Protein-Coupled Receptor 82) is an orphan receptor and member of the 7-transmembrane domain family that acts in regulating metabolism, particularly energy homeostasis and food intake. Research indicates GPR82-deficient mice show reduced body weight, decreased body fat, and improved insulin sensitivity. DPABH-02865 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications. DPABH-02865 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
