This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11269) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR55, targeting the amino acid region 141–240 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR55 from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene belongs to the G-protein-coupled receptor superfamily. The encoded integral membrane protein is a likely cannabinoid receptor. It may be involved in several physiological and pathological processes by activating a variety of signal transduction pathways.
DPABH-11269 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (2 μg/test) applications.
DPABH-11269 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
