General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11082) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR52. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR52 is a protein encoded by the human GPR52 gene. It belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor (GPR) family which plays important roles in signal transduction from the external environment to the inside of the cell. It was first reported as a novel human gene identified by performing homology searches. During the past years, GPR52 has been widely researched for its functions and applications.
DPABH-11082 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), ELISA (1:10000) applications.
DPABH-11082 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
