This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27500) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR4, targeting the amino acid region 203–362 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human GPR4 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR4 (G-protein-coupled receptor 4) is a proton-sensing G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that contributes to neovascularization in acidic microenvironments (PMID: 33632325). GPR4 is highly expressed in vascular endothelial cells (ECs) and blood vessel-rich tissues such as the lung, kidney, heart, and liver. Moreover, GPR4 has been shown to mediate EC inflammatory responses to acidosis and is central for leukocyte-endothelium interaction (PMID: 27940273).
DPABH-27500 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500) application.
DPABH-27500 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
