This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22338) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR37L1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables G protein-coupled peptide receptor activity; peptide binding activity; and prosaposin receptor activity. Involved in adenylate cyclase-inhibiting G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway and positive regulation of MAPK cascade. Located in plasma membrane. Part of receptor complex. DPABH-22338 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:200) applications. DPABH-22338 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
