General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25390) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR37, targeting the amino acid region 201–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR37 from rat, mouse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor family. The encoded protein contains seven transmembrane domains and is found in cell and endoplasmic reticulum membranes. G protein-coupled receptors are involved in translating outside signals into G protein mediated intracellular effects. This gene product interacts with Parkin and is involved in juvenile Parkinson disease. DPABH-25390 is suitable for use in ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications. DPABH-25390 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
