This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02862) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR27, targeting the amino acid region 251–350 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR27 from rat, mouse, and cow. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR27 is a member of the G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), a large family of receptors that have a similar structure characterized by 7 transmembrane domains. Activation of GPCRs by extracellular stimuli such as neurotransmitters, hormones, or light induces an intracellular signaling cascade mediated by heterotrimeric GTP-binding proteins, or G proteins.
DPABH-02862 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC) (3 μg/test) application.
DPABH-02862 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
