This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02859) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR26, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR26 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a G protein-couple receptor protein. G-protein-coupled receptors are a large family of membrane proteins that are involved in cellular responses to environmental stimuli, neurotransmitters, and hormones. The encoded protein may play a role in neurodegenerative diseases. Epigenetic silencing of this gene has been observed in gliomas.
DPABH-02859 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-02859 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
