This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26771) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR25. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR25 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene is intronless and encodes a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. G-protein coupled receptors are membrane proteins which activate signaling cascades as a response to extracellular stress. This gene has been linked to arterial stiffness. DPABH-26771 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application. DPABH-26771 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
