This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02845) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR173. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR173 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPR173 (G Protein-Coupled Receptor 173), also known as SREB3, is a highly conserved, seven-transmembrane G-protein coupled receptor predominantly expressed in the brain and ovaries. It acts as a key receptor for the peptide hormone phoenixin (PNX), regulating reproductive functions like the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axis, along with roles in food intake, anxiety, and bone metabolism.
DPABH-02845 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:200–1:1,000), ELISA (1:10000) applications.
DPABH-02845 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
