This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17330) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR158. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR158 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables G protein-coupled glycine receptor activity and enzyme activator activity. Involved in G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway; protein localization to plasma membrane; and regulation of G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Is active in plasma membrane. DPABH-17330 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:300), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:200–1:1,000), ELISA (1:5000) applications. DPABH-17330 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
