This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02876) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR137B, targeting the amino acid region 253–399 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GPRs are characterized by the presence of 7 transmembrane domains. G Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) TM7SF1 is a member of this family (subfamily: orphan U) and its expression has been reported in adult kidney and heart, but not in fetal kidney. DPABH-02876 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-02876 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
