This product (Catalog No. DPABH-25495) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR137. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR137 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Predicted to be involved in several processes, including negative regulation of bone resorption; negative regulation of osteoclast differentiation; and positive regulation of TORC1 signaling. Located in lysosomal membrane. DPABH-25495 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) application. DPABH-25495 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
