This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12867) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR123. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GPR123 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the adhesion family of G-protein-coupled receptors. Members of this family function in several sensory systems and regulate blood pressure, immune responses, food intake and development. A similar protein in rodents is thought to play a role in in the regulation of neuronal signaling pathways. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been described, but the full-length nature of some of these variants has not been determined.
DPABH-12867 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IF/ICC (1:50–1:200) applications.
DPABH-12867 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
