This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16636) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GPR1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Receptor for the inflammation-associated leukocyte chemoattractant chemerin/RARRES2 suggesting a role for this receptor in the regulation of inflammation. Receptor for TAFA1, mediates its effects on neuronal stem-cell proliferation and differentiation via the activation of ROCK/ERK and ROCK/STAT3 signaling pathway (By similarity). (Microbial infection) Coreceptor for HIV-1. DPABH-16636 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. DPABH-16636 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
