This product (Catalog No. DPABH-29148) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GOLIM4. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GOLIM4 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The Golgi complex plays a key role in the sorting and modification of proteins exported from the endoplasmic reticulum. The protein encoded by this gene is a type II Golgi-resident protein. It may process proteins synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum and assist in the transport of protein cargo through the Golgi apparatus. DPABH-29148 is suitable for use in IHC (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-29148 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
