This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13167) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GIMAP2. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a protein belonging to the GTP-binding superfamily and to the immuno-associated nucleotide (IAN) subfamily of nucleotide-binding proteins. In humans, the IAN subfamily genes are located in a cluster at 7q36.1. DPABH-13167 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications. DPABH-13167 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
