This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12447) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GIGYF1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the gyf family of adaptor proteins. The encoded protein contains a gyf protein interaction domain. It binds growth factor receptor bound 10, another adaptor protein that binds activated insulin-like growth factor 1 and insulin receptors and regulates receptor signaling. DPABH-12447 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:100) application. DPABH-12447 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
