This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23103) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GFOD2, targeting the amino acid region 118–280 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GFOD2 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GFOD2 (Glucose-Fructose Oxidoreductase Domain-Containing Protein 2) is a protein-coding gene that promotes extracellular matrix assembly and acts as an oxidoreductase. It plays a role in metabolic processes, including the reduction of glucose and fructose, and is linked to blood lipid levels and potential cardiovascular risk.
DPABH-23103 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23103 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
