This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12334) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GDAP1L1, targeting the amino acid region 48–209 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GDAP1L1 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GDAP1L1 (Ganglioside-Induced Differentiation Associated Protein 1-Like 1) is a 55% sequence-identical paralog of the mitochondrial fission protein GDAP1. While primarily cytosolic, it can translocate to mitochondria and induce fission, potentially compensating for the loss of GDAP1 in the central nervous system. GDAP1L1 also plays a role in regulating inflammatory signaling, such as the MAPK pathway in macrophages.
DPABH-12334 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-12334 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
