This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23361) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GCC2. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GCC2 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a peripheral membrane protein localized to the trans-Golgi network. It is sensitive to brefeldin A. This encoded protein contains a GRIP domain which is thought to be used in targeting. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-23361 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-23361 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
