This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20334) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GARNL3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GARNL3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GARNL3 (GTPase Activating Rap/RanGAP Domain Like 3) is a protein-coding gene, often localized to the cytoplasm and highly expressed in the cerebellum. It is recognized as a crucial, downregulated gene associated with poor prognosis and increased resistance to temozolomide (TMZ) in EGFRvIII-positive glioblastoma. DPABH-20334 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:30–1:150) applications. DPABH-20334 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
