This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20448) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GALNTL6, targeting the amino acid region 441–586 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GALNTL6 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GALNTL6 (Polypeptide N-Acetylgalactosaminyltransferase Like 6) is a protein-coding gene belonging to the ppGalNAc-T family, primarily expressed in the brain and testis. It is associated with athletic performance, specifically power and strength, and plays a role in stress-induced hypertension by regulating oxidative stress.
DPABH-20448 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-20448 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
