This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22828) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GAB4. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GAB4 (GRB2-associated-binding protein 4) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 22q11.1 that belongs to the GAB family of adaptor proteins. It acts as a signaling molecule, predicted to facilitate transmembrane receptor protein tyrosine kinase signaling, involved in signal transduction, and located in the cytoplasm. DPABH-22828 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:50) applications. DPABH-22828 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
