This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10596) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FbxL12. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FbxL12 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Substrate-recognition component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Mediates the polyubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of CAMK1 leading to disruption of cyclin D1/CDK4 complex assembly which results in G1 cell cycle arrest in lung epithelia. DPABH-10596 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200) application. DPABH-10596 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
