This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22114) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FYTTD1, targeting the amino acid region 10–206 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FYTTD1 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FYTTD1 (Forty-two-three domain containing 1), also known as UAP56-interacting factor (UIF), is a human protein-coding gene essential for mRNA export from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. Acting as an adaptor, it facilitates the TREX complex pathway to ensure efficient mRNA export. It has also been identified as a target in drug degradation studies.
DPABH-22114 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-22114 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
