This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17551) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FUT11, targeting the amino acid region 320–485 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FUT11 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Fucosyltransferase 11 (FUT11), also known as alpha(1,3) fucosyltransferase, is a Golgi-resident enzyme that transfers L-fucose from GDP-fucose to glycan acceptors, specifically modifying the core N-glycan structure or engaging in O-fucosylation. It acts as an oncogene in certain cancers (e.g., ovarian cancer) by driving EMT via TGF-β signaling.
DPABH-17551 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-17551 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
