This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05660) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FUNDC2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FUNDC2 (FUN14 domain-containing 2), also known as HCBP6, is a multi-pass protein located in the mitochondrial outer membrane, crucial for regulating mitochondrial dynamics, metabolism, and cell death. It acts as a key mediator in tumorigenesis by inducing mitochondrial fragmentation and is involved in platelet activation and iron-dependent necrosis (ferroptosis). DPABH-05660 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-05660 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
