This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15046) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FTSJ3. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Although the function of this gene is not known, the existence of this gene is supported by mRNA and EST data. A possible function of the encoded protein can be inferred from amino acid sequence similarity to the E.coli FtsJ protein and to a mouse protein possibly involved in embryogenesis. DPABH-15046 is suitable for use in IF (immunofluorescence) (1:20–1:100) application. DPABH-15046 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
