This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28920) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FRMD5. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FRMD5 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables integrin binding activity and protein kinase binding activity. Involved in negative regulation of cell motility; positive regulation of cell adhesion; and regulation of cell migration. Located in adherens junction. Implicated in neurodevelopmental disorder with eye movement abnormalities and ataxia. DPABH-28920 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications. DPABH-28920 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
