This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20414) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FRMD1, targeting the amino acid region 205–300 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FRMD1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The FERM structural domain of FRMD1 (FERM Domain Containing 1) is widely found in cytoskeleton-associated proteins, which are capable of connecting the cytoskeleton to the cell membrane and is involved in signaling. FRMD1 is predicted to be involved in the positive regulation of the Hippo signaling pathway and may play a role in the cytoplasmic side of the cytoskeleton and apical plasma membrane. Although there are fewer studies on the role of FRMD1 in disease, its expression pattern in cancer and lymphoid tissues suggests that it may have important biological functions.
DPABH-20414 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application.
DPABH-20414 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
