This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13488) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human FOXJ1, targeting the amino acid region 161–260 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FOXJ1 from mouse, rat, dog, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the forkhead family of transcription factors. Similar genes in zebrafish and mouse have been shown to regulate the transcription of genes that control the production of motile cilia. The mouse ortholog also functions in the determination of left-right asymmetry. Polymorphisms in this gene are associated with systemic lupus erythematosus and allergic rhinitis.
DPABH-13488 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), flow cytometry (FC) (0) applications.
DPABH-13488 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
