This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21537) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FLOT1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FLOT1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an protein that localizes to the caveolae, which are small domains on the inner cell membranes. This protein plays a role in vesicle trafficking and cell morphology. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. DPABH-21537 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:50–1:200), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:10–1:100) applications. DPABH-21537 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide,50% glycerol,pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
