This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10685) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FIGNL1, targeting the amino acid region 326–674 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Fidgetin-like 1 (FIGNL1), a subfamily member of ATPases, is associated with diverse cellular activities (AAA proteins). FIGNL1 is involved in DNA repair.FIGNL1 plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. FIGNL1 participates in the prognosis, promoter methylation, and immune infiltrates in KIRP, LGG, and LIHC (PMID: 35232348).
DPABH-10685 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-10685 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
