This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10728) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FIGLA, targeting the amino acid region 1–219 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FIGLA from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Folliculogenesis specific bHLH transcription factor(FIGLA) also known as POF6, is an oocyte-specific transcription factor expressed mainly in ovarian follicles and involved in regulating follicle formation and oocyte development. It regulates the expression of oocyte zona pellucida genes (such as Zp1, Zp2 and Zp3) by binding to the promoter regions of these genes (PMID: 15044608). Mutations in this gene cause premature ovarian failure type 6(PMID: 18499083).
DPABH-10728 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000) application.
DPABH-10728 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
