This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14916) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FGFBP3, targeting the amino acid region 1–258 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FGFBP3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FGFBP3 also named as C10orf13 or FGF binding protein 3 is 258 amino acid protein, which belongs to the fibroblast growth factor binding family. FGFBP3 is a secreted protein and may play a role in the regulation of gene transcription. The molecular weight of FGFBP3 is 29kDa, but our results detected the 60-65kDa protein by western blot. We infer that FGFBP3 may exist as dimer.
DPABH-14916 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications.
DPABH-14916 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
