This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10302) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FEM1C, targeting the amino acid region 315–617 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FEM1C from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Protein fem-1 homolog C (FEM1C) is involved in protein modification and ubiquitination.Probable component of an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, in which it may act as a substrate recognition subunit.Highly expressed in kidney, cardiac tissue, skeletal muscle and testis. Expressed at lower levels in other tissues, including cartilage.
DPABH-10302 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:20–1:200), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-10302 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
