General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12304) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FBXO18, targeting the amino acid region 885–1043 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FBXO18 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FBXO18 (also known as FBH1) is a DNA helicase and a component of the SCF E3 ubiquitin ligase complex that plays a critical role in maintaining genome stability. It acts during DNA replication stress to repair stalled forks, promote fork regression, and regulate RAD51, which helps prevent excessive recombination.
DPABH-12304 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications.
DPABH-12304 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
