This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09065) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FBXO15, targeting the amino acid region 2–152 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FBXO15 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FBXO15 (F-Box Protein 15) is a protein-coding gene and member of the F-box family that acts as a substrate-recognition component of the SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. It is predominantly expressed in undifferentiated embryonic stem (ES) cells, regulated by pluripotency factors like Oct3/4 and Sox2. DPABH-09065 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000) applications. DPABH-09065 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
