This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12691) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FBXL15, targeting the amino acid region 1–300 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FBXL15, also known as FBXO37, belongs to the FBXL15 family. FBXL15 plays a role in the G2/M transition of the cell cycle, as well as in cellular protein metabolic processes and the positive regulation of the bone morphogenetic proteins signaling pathway (PMID: 38711244). The calculated molecular weight of FBXL15 is 33 kDa. DPABH-12691 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-12691 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
