This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24560) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FBXL13, targeting the amino acid region 358–707 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FBXL13, a binding determinant of SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box)-family E3 ubiquitin ligases, is enriched at centrosomes and interacts with the centrosomal proteins Centrin-2, Centrin-3, CEP152 and CEP192. Induced FBXL13 expression downregulates centrosomal γ-tubulin and disrupts centrosomal microtubule arrays. FBXL13 is a novel regulator of microtubule nucleation activity and participate in promoting cell motility with potential tumour-promoting implications (PMID: 29348145).
DPABH-24560 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:500) application.
DPABH-24560 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
