This product (Catalog No. DPABH-24333) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAT4, targeting the amino acid region 4200–4504 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAT4 is a large transmembrane protein with a mass of approximately 530 kDa. It belongs to the cadherin superfamily and contains multiple cadherin repeats EGF-like domains and one laminin G-like domain. FAT4 is expressed widely across tissues with higher expression observed in the kidney liver and cardiovascular system indicating its involvement in diverse physiological processes. This protein plays a role in maintaining cell adhesion and communication.
DPABH-24333 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
