This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08717) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM82B, targeting the amino acid region 1–314 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FAM82B from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAM82B, also known as RMDN1 or CGI90, belongs to the FAM82/RMD family. FAM82B is a microtubule-associated protein with potential roles in regulating microtubule dynamics and other cellular functions. DPABH-08717 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate) applications. DPABH-08717 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
