This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20459) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM65B, targeting the amino acid region 205–591 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAM65B is also named as C6orf32, DIFF48, KIAA0386, PL48 and belongs to the FAM65 family.It has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.Isoform 2 play a role in promoting myogenic cell differentiation, cytoskeletal rearrangement and filopodia formation(PMID:17150207). FAM65B is expressed in mononuclear cells, not in myotubes, upon induction of differentiation and cellular fusion, and expression is upregulated during human myoblast differentiation at both the mRNA and protein levels(PMID:17150207).
DPABH-20459 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application.
DPABH-20459 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
