This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20143) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM213A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FAM213A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAM213A (Family with sequence similarity 213, member A), also known as PAMM (Peroxiredoxin-like 2 activated in M-CSF stimulated monocytes) or PRXL2A, is a redox-regulatory protein and antioxidant. It protects cells from oxidative stress by activating thioredoxin (TRX). Key roles include regulating myeloid cell differentiation, potential adaptation to high-altitude environments, and promoting oncogenesis in cancers like oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).
DPABH-20143 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-20143 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
