General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-03303) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM210A, targeting the amino acid region 157–272 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FAM210A from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAM210A also known as C18orf19, is a determinant of bone and muscle structure and strength. FAM210A is required for cold-induced mitochondrial cristae remodeling, adaptive thermogenic activity, and brown adipose tissue characteristics(PMID: 37816711). FAM210A is localized to mitochondria and cytoplasm of muscle cells and myotubes(PMID: 29618611).
DPABH-03303 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:400–1:1,600), IF/ICC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-03303 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
