General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-15284) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM181A, targeting the amino acid region 45–292 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human FAM181A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Family with sequence similarity 181 (FAM181) a gene family that contains two members FAM181A and FAM181B in vertebrates. FAM181A is predominant expression in human and mouse testes. Knockout of the Fam181a gene in mice does not impair spermatogenesis or male fertility (PMID: 34253288). DPABH-15284 is suitable for use in IHC (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-15284 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
