This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17493) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human FAM110D. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with FAM110D from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. FAM110D (Family With Sequence Similarity 110 Member D) is a protein-coding gene, part of a family (FAM110A-D) often associated with centrosomes and the microtubule organization center. While limited in specific functional studies compared to its paralogs, FAM110D is implicated in cell structure, potential hypertension susceptibility, and is noted as a risk factor in certain gastric cancers. DPABH-17493 is suitable for use in IHC (1:30–1:150) application. DPABH-17493 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
